The deadline to file an Informal Review request has now passed. Our Call Center will open Monday, May 21 at 8:00 AM. If you would like to file an Appeal on your property, you must contact the Call Center at (615) 862-6059 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 PM. The last day to call and schedule an Appeal on your property is Friday, June 22nd at 4:00 PM.
