The 1-1-2018 Assessment change notices were mailed on Friday, May 18, 2018. These notices were mailed to those property owners whose 2018 appraised and/or assessed value has changed as a result of a change in their property or as a result of an Informal Review Request. If you disagree with your informal review decision or you would still like to appeal your property value, you must contact our Call Center at 615-862-6059, beginning Monday, May 21st to schedule a formal appeal to the Metro Board of Equalization. They will be open Monday-Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm. The deadline to schedule an appeal to the MBOE will be June 22, 2018 at 4 pm.
