Assessor Wilhoite closes office through April 3, 2020

Nashville, TN (March 23, 2020) − Nashville & Davidson County Assessor of Property Vivian Wilhoite has closed the Office of Assessments through April 3, 2020.  Wilhoite further states that this date may be extended beyond April 3rd.  This decision comes as a result of continued updates from public health officials, Mayor John Cooper, Governor Bill Lee and Comptroller Justin Wilson.

Discontinues “Walk-In” Constituency Services Until Further Notice

Nashville, TN (March 16, 2020) – Nashville & Davidson County Assessor of Property Vivian Wilhoite today issues a temporary end to walk-in constituency services until further notice.  Assessor Wilhoite encourages constituents that have questions or comments about their property and property values to call, email or mail the Assessor’s office.

2020 Personal Property Schedule B’s

The deadline to timely file your 2020 Schedule B was Monday, March 2, 2020 at 4pm. If you did not file your 2020 Schedule B before the March 2nd deadline, you will have until May 1st at 4 pm to file so that we still use your data in our assessment, but please note that it will receive a forced status.
