The 2021 Schedule B’s will be mailed out on Friday, January 29th and the deadline to timely file is March 1, 2021. Online filing will be available on Friday January 29th. You will need your original mailed copy of the schedule for the Pin number to use to log into the online filing system.

The 2020 Prorated Notices have been mailed today, September 18th. The website has also been updated with the end of year values.

2020 Metro Board of Equalization notices were mailed on Friday, August 28, 2020. Please note that if you are wanting to appeal further to the State Board of Equalization, you have 45 days from the date of notice to appeal.
