The 1st mailing for Real and Personal Property Metro Board of Equalization decisions will be mailed Friday, September 1, 2017. This mailing will include all Hearing Officer recommendations and all appeals to the MBOE that were heard up to August 25, 2017. All notices for the Metro Board Equalization hearings scheduled after August 25th, will be mailed in late October after the last hearing. The website will be updated with new values in mid-September after the Prorate roll is complete.
