The deadline to file an Informal Review for 2024 is April 26, 2024, at 4:00 pm
To file an Informal Review by phone, please call us, the Office of Assessments, at 615-862-6080.
To file an Informal Review by email, please send your Informal Review request to assessorweb@nashville.gov. Please include the following
- 1) Owner’s name
- 2) Person’s name filing the Informal Review if you are not the owner and your contact number
- 3) Address of the property
- 4) If your request seeks a different property value, provide your opinion of the property value
- 5) Attach any documents that support your opinion of value
Informal Review decisions will be mailed by May 17, 2024. If your Informal Review decision results in a change of property value, it is important that you be aware that it will not affect your 2023 tax billing, but will be effective for the 2024 assessment year.
