The Deadline has passed for filing a 2026 Informal Review Request.
The deadline for requesting an Informal Review was Friday, April 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Informal Review decisions for the 2026 Assessment year were mailed on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. While an Informal Review may be helpful, it is not required for you to file a Formal Appeal directly with the independent Metropolitan Board of Equalization (MBOE) and its Hearing Officers. We will begin accepting calls for scheduling appointments for Formal Appeals with the independent MBOE on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The deadline to schedule an appointment with the independent MBOE is Friday, June 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. If you wish to schedule a formal appeal to the independent MBOE, please contact our Call Center at 615-862-6059.
