Informal Review Request
The Online Filing System (OFS) is available for filing your 2026 Informal Review Request.
The deadline for requesting an Informal Review is Friday, April 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Informal Review decisions will be mailed in late April. While an Informal Review may be helpful, it is not required for you to file a Formal Appeal directly with the independent Metropolitan Board of Equalization (MBOE) and its Hearing Officers. We will begin accepting appointments for Formal Appeals with the MBOE the Monday after notices are mailed. More information regarding Formal Appeal deadline dates to come.
To start the Informal Review process please click the Property Search link below to find your property and begin your Informal Review. After finding and navigating to your property, the next step is to click on blue “Review/Appeal” button at the top of the page.
