Office Staff Will Respond to Voicemails/Emails During Closure.
Nashville, TN (January 26, 2026) Due to the continuous inclement weather conditions, and that many are still without power, the Office of the Assessor of Property will remain closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. This decision is being made in the interest of public and employee safety.
While the office is closed, our amazing staff remains committed to serving Davidson County property owners. Messages left on our main office line at 615-862-6080, emails sent to assessorweb@nashville.gov, and voicemails or emails sent directly to staff members will be monitored, and responses will be provided as expeditiously as possible once conditions allow.
As previously communicated to the public, the Informal Review request period is currently open. The best method to submit an Informal Review is online at www.padctn.org. The online process is user-friendly and available 24/7. Property owners who need assistance may leave a voicemail at 615-862-6080 or email assessorweb@nashville.gov, and staff will respond.
We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding as we continue to take necessary precautions to protect both our community and our staff during this inclement weather event.
