Office Closing for Good Friday Observance Reminder

Nashville, TN (March 31, 2026) – The Office of the Metro Nashville and Davidson County Assessor of Property Vivian Wilhoite will continue its observance of Good Friday and will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026.  The office will reopen for regular business on Monday, April 6,2026, at 8:00 a.m.

The Office of Assessor of Property Mission Statement:

To accurately identify, list, appraise, and classify all taxable properties to achieve fair and equitable values for the preparation and completion of the annual assessment roll in a timely manner, while continuously educating property owners of the appraisal process and their options to appeal, as well as learn of available assistance programs.
